Battle Creek Mayor's Tournament - UPDATE

Game Day USA is proud to present the Official Schedule and Rules for the Battle Creek Cereal July Mayor’s Tournament.  We look forward to a great event this weekend. This event is one of the largest in the area, featuring representation from Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Illinois and Wisconsin!

TEAM UNIFORMS
Friday - White Jersey and White Pants
Saturday - Navy Jerseys and Grey Pants
Sunday - White Jerseys and White Pants

HOTEL INFORMATION
Hotel information packet has been posted in the Document Library. Families staying at the Baymont Hotel, please check-in under your own name. Families staying at Howard Johnson should each have their own reservation.

OFFICIAL SCHEDULE
The full tournament schedule is available for download in the Document Library, and I have a condensed version listed below. There are multiple pages to the schedule representing the master team list, the baseball schedule and the fast pitch softball schedule.  Please note the color coding on the Composite Master Schedule.

We did the best we could to develop a schedule that was balanced.  Now that the schedule has been published to all, REQUESTS FOR SCHEDULE CHANGES WILL NOT BE DISCUSSED OR ACCEPTED FOR ANY REASON.   Please do not call or email requests to change game times at this point.

OFFICIAL RULES AND POLICIES
The Official Rules and Policies for the event are located in the Document Library. Each manager must check in with the event staff upon arrival to pick up an information folder.

SPECTATOR GATE ADMISSION
Daily spectator admission will be $5 for adults and $3 for children.  There will be no charge for players in uniform and three (3) coaches per team.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Game balls will be provided for all games. Team and individual awards will be provided for first and second. We have hired the best, licensed professional umpires we could find. All semi-finals and championship games will have a two-man umpire crew. Pool games, quarter-finals, and consolation games for ages 9-12 will be one man. Ages 13 and above will be two-man throughout. 

GAME DAY USA SCORE ZONE – REAL TIME SCORES AND STANDINGS

All Game Day USA events feature Score Zone technology that will enable coaches, players and fans to check scores and standings on a real time basis from their mobile devices, smart phones, tablets, iPhones, laptops, etc.  In order to get this information while the tournament is in process, visit: GAMEDAYUSA.COM/SCOREZONE
